GUEST SAFETY MEASURES

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE LORD’S LAND IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU LIVE WITH HAS COVID-19 SYMPTOMS.

Symptoms are: fever, cough, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell. If you or someone you are staying with develops any of these symptoms during your stay with us, please let us know immediately.

The Lord’s Land would like to “welcome you home” as we open our doors to new and returning guests. We are open with new guidelines and policies as the county allows. If travel is restricted again due to COVID-19, we will provide a free reservation change with no change fee. (For more details about reservations you can contact our office at 707-937-5700) In order for us to do our best for our hospitality staff and guests to stay healthy and safe we have adjusted our cleaning policy and how we schedule reservations. Information on our response is as follows:

Mask Wearing

Please wear a mask when you are near others unless you are fully vaccinated.

Social Distancing

We are fortunate that our property is uniquely designed to ensure not only maximum privacy for our guests, but also simple and safe social distancing. We have a total of 11 cabins for rent spread over 28 acres of property, where guests can enjoy the outdoors while feeling safe and protected. The Lord’s Land is in an ancient redwood forest with plenty of room to picnic and walk. Our Prayer Trail winds around the property on a scenic path through redwoods and fir trees, with prayer stations along the way for contemplation, meditation, and intercession.

Cleaning Requirements

COVID-19 has raised awareness about the importance of high-touch surface cleanliness. In public spaces, the hospitality staff at The Lord’s Land have heightened cleaning protocols, ensuring that surfaces are thoroughly treated with disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency throughout the day. Additionally, guests will find hand sanitizer located in the main office, in the laundry room restroom, public restroom and available for sale in the main office. In cabins, our hospitality staff has intensified the cleaning of surface areas both before and after a guest’s stay.

So many of our guests call The Lord’s Land their “second home,” and we have been honored they consider it so. Take a breath and come away.

Mendocino County Guidelines

You will be asked to wear a mask in all of the shops, grocery stores and anytime you are indoors in Mendocino County unless you are fully vaccinated. Stay prepared by having one on you anytime you leave The Lord’s Land. If you don’t have one we have them for sale in our office.

Please do your best to social distance when you are in Mendocino, Fort Bragg or any of the surrounding towns. Thank you for your patience!
